I am originally form Ukraine. My family arrived to the U.S in 1993 and have been living here ever since. I consider myself to be a citizen of several countries and a depositor of several cultures. Living in California enabled me to become a more open person since it is such a diverse place. I am a dreamer and a realist at the same time (if that’s possible).Thirst for knowledge is something that has followed me throughout my life, hence I try to read as much as possible and on as many topics as interest me. Siting and thinking on various topics is one of my favorite things to do. Writing has recently become a hobby of mine which delights me quite a bit, hence my delving into the space of blogging. I have a moderate working schedule and am also a full time student at a local college. Pre-law is my major of choice, even though I was a Film Directing major about 2 years ago. I have always been extremely interested in health issues. I spend quite a bit of my free time researching various topics, as well as helping those around me lead better and healthier lives. A part of me wishes to be a doctor, maybe someday I will get an official degree. Until that time though, this blog will be a collection of my efforts as an unofficial researcher to find better ways to lead a good life in full health.
