I n the past and for the most part in the present as well, the health care system around the world has not been very receptive towards the arrival of naturopathic medicine. If you were to try and switch from a regular doctor to a naturopathic one it would cost you an arm and a leg...plus a kidney. But recently there have been more and more companies appearing that accept the alternative therapy insurance claims. There is still a lot of work to be done in the health field since natural medicine is perceived to be nothing more than a fad or quackery. As momentum builds in the world populations need for an alternative way of treatment of various ailments, naturopathic medicine will take its rightful place as a legitimate way of treating and preventing diseases.
